Your Project YOU life coaches are Rob and Heidi Woodgate.

Rob and Heidi run North Kent Hypnotherapy, a Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Counselling practice in Gravesend, Kent, and have helped many people overcome limitations and achieve their goals.

Both Heidi and Rob are fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapists and NLP Master Practitioners trained by the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute.

They also hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is the first nationally accredited hypnotherapy qualification, awarded by the NCFE National Awarding Body .

Both are members of the National Council for Hypnotherapy who promote the highest standard of training and professional ethics amongst its members.

Heidi is also a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Rob also holds a diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the Psychotherapy and Hypnosis Training Academy.

Both are committed to enabling people from all walks of life to move forward in their lives, and reach their fullest potential.
